Account Terms

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be 18 years or older to use this service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users' access, transmitting malicious code, or using the service for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kiboh and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content you submit to the platform.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kiboh be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
